My mother bought a few small eels this morning. They were really small. They were good for making soup. Such small eels are a bit petty. How to cook it well? I actually found a few onions in the corner of the kitchen, haha. I remember when I was a child, shredded eel with onions was my father’s specialty. Without shredded eel, eel slices would be the same.
