New Orleans grilled chicken drumsticks
Overview
I have made grilled chicken legs before, but after marinating the chicken legs, roll them, grill them, and slice them into slices. Although the taste is the same, the feeling is different. It's quite beautiful to serve such a plate of grilled chicken drumsticks when entertaining guests.

Clean and debone the chicken legs. (It is more convenient to use scissors and knife together)

Mix New Orleans grilled chicken ingredients and water in a ratio of 1:1, pour into the chicken legs, mix well, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Take out the marinated chicken legs and roll the chicken skin outward.

Wrap it in tin foil and tighten it as tightly as candy. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

After taking it out, tear off the tin foil, apply honey water, adjust the oven temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes on top and bottom heat, turn over and brush a layer of honey water and bake for another 10 minutes.
