Find a clean container and brush it with oil, divide the preserved eggs into 4 parts with string and place them in the container.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and add a little salt to each.

Cut ham into strips.

Place the ham sausage on the preserved eggs (I didn’t have ham sausage at home so I found grilled sausage instead). Mix the egg whites and salt thoroughly, mix well and pour it into a container. Steam it in cold water for 10 minutes.

Then beat the egg yolks into the container and continue to steam for 30-40 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool and slice it👌.
