Super delicious family version of Taiwanese food
Overview
When I was in college, I studied in Taiwan and took Chinese cooking as an elective course for fun. It has been two years since I graduated and I only remember this one dish. It is a very famous snack in Taiwan, called oyster omelette. However, I don’t have fresh oysters for sale here, so I made this improved version using the ingredients I had at home. The taste is super delicious. The ingredients are easy to find and the method is very simple. The most important thing is that it is delicious. O(∩_∩)O~ Friends who are interested can try it

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and tear 3 lettuce leaves into small pieces, and cut the ham into dices
-
Beat eggs
-
tablespoons of sweet potato starch, 2 tablespoons of potato flour, and 9 tablespoons of water. (The water must be cold water) The ratio is 2:1:4.5. Mix it thoroughly. I call it starch. You need to stir it and mix it thoroughly before boiling it under water
-
One spoon of tomato sauce, one spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of chicken essence, half a spoon of sugar, and an appropriate amount of water. This is for making sauce, no need to add salt
-
Mix thoroughly and set aside
-
Put oil into the pan, heat the oil, put in the ham and lettuce, and stir-fry a little
-
Then pour the mixed starch water into the pot. Remember to mix it thoroughly again before pouring it into the pot. Stir it a little more before pouring it in
-
When the white starch water slowly turns transparent, pour in the beaten egg liquid. Remember to pour only half of the egg liquid. After the egg liquid is solidified, turn it over and pour in the remaining half of the egg liquid and fry it

Okay, I like the older ones, they are delicious. I didn’t do it beautifully this time~~~

Finally, pour the prepared tomato sauce into the pot and bring to a boil. Mix half a spoonful of potato flour and 2 spoons of water (cold water) and pour it into the boiling tomato sauce. Pour it in and stir the sauce in the pot. When it becomes thick, take it out of the pot and pour it on the food. It is ready to eat. When it is ready, I ate it in a hurry. I forgot to take the last photo of the sauce poured in. O(∩_∩)O~, it tastes really good!
