Wash the beef brisket, cut into pieces, add a little cooking wine, a little salt, stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes. Prepare ingredients, tomatoes, green onions, and ginger slices.

When the oil temperature is 80% hot, pour the chopped beef into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the green onions, ginger slices and cooking wine.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, then add them to the wok and stir-fry until the tomatoes release their juice.

Add boiling water and cook until the soup turns red. Add a little salt and cook in an electric pressure cooker.
