Oatmeal Banana Roll
Overview
I rarely make fried food, just occasionally. This banana roll should not be fried for too long ~ it is very fragrant ~ Oats are rich in crude protein, starch, phosphorus, iron, and calcium; they also contain beta-glucan, which is a water-soluble fiber that has antibacterial and antioxidant effects, can enhance immunity, and has the effects of controlling blood sugar, preventing diabetes, laxative, eliminating toxins, and nourishing the skin; the vitamin E, linolenic acid, copper, zinc, selenium, and magnesium in oats can remove excess free radicals in the body and resist aging. Oats rank fifth among the top ten healthy foods in the world, and are the only cereals on the list.
