Marshmallow caramel flavored cake roll
Overview
In fact, the recipe was shared by a good friend. I just used caramel-flavored Full marshmallows instead of white sugar, haha... This is my first time using Fluff, and the egg whites are very stable as described, and the taste is great! It was beyond my expectation. I was very surprised and loved eating it! Time is limited, so let me share with you how to make cake rolls first. In fact, Fluff can be directly spread on bread and other foods. In addition to making cakes, it can also be used to make cake glaze, decorate, and fill with fillings. 😉

Steps
-
Be prepared! The jar with the "Fluff" logo is caramel-flavored liquid marshmallow!
-
First mix the milk and corn oil and stir well
-
Then pour the low powder into medium 2 in two or three times and mix in a zigzag pattern until there is no dry powder. Be careful not to over mix.
-
Pour the egg yolks into the batter all at once
-
When the egg yolk paste is finished, set it aside for later use
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat with an electric mixer until thick
-
Add the Fluff marshmallows to the egg whites in three batches and beat until stiff, as shown in the picture.
-
Take one-third of the meringue and egg yolk paste and stir it up and down to simply mix, it doesn’t need to be very even
-
Pour the above 8 batter into the remaining meringue and mix evenly
-
Pour the batter into a 28cm square baking pan that has been lined with oilcloth in advance, smooth it out and knock out any big air bubbles.
-
Put the batter into the preheated oven and bake at 150 degrees for about 35 minutes. Please refer to your personal oven for specific temperature and time adjustments.
-
After baking, take out the baking pan and pull out the cake roll together with the tarpaulin and place it on a cooling rack. When it is warm, you can roll it forward and backward according to your preference!
