Rinse the black plum, hawthorn, licorice and tangerine peel several times and soak them in cold water for half an hour. You can change the water several times in between.

Prepare 2L of cold water in a casserole, add the washed and drained three ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, and continue to simmer for an hour. When it is almost out of the pot, add rock sugar, melt and mix well, then turn off the heat.

When it cools down a bit, pour it into a drying cup. Can be refrigerated. When drinking, pour it into a teapot or cup and strain it with a tea bag
