Chive oil

Chive oil

Overview

[Scallion oil] Summer is here, and I often like to fry a pot of scallion oil, and use it to mix vegetables, noodles, or stir-fry, both are beautiful. The fat used for frying scallion oil should be odorless. In the past, I used corn oil. This time I received the Arowana rice oil provided by Suning, which is also very suitable for making scallion oil. I cooked a pot immediately. Rice oil has no peculiar smell and is great for baking. It is a fragrant oil that is extracted from the fat in rice through pressing or leaching processes. Only 1 kilogram of first-grade rice oil can be extracted from 150 kilograms of rice. Rice oil only contains oryzanol, and the content of vitamin E is much higher than other edible oils. In addition, rice oil has a higher smoke point. Compared with other oils for frying, rice oil has less smoke and is naturally healthier. Ingredients: shallots, onions, rice oil
