Grilled Steak
Overview
My son likes to eat beef very much, whether it is stewed beef, soy sauce beef, steak or beef soup. I grilled the steak for him and ate it in a while.

Cut the beef into 0.8 cm thick slices.

Use the back of a knife to pat loosen.

Add steak sauce and mix well.

Add oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Arrange the marinated beef on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Spread melted butter on both sides.

Cover with a layer of tin foil to make the roasted meat more tender.

Put it in the oven at 200° and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
