Overview
1. For the butter, I use half butter and half salad oil instead. Generally, more butter is used. 2. Before putting it in the oven, you can put some cashew nuts on top of the biscuits and bake them together.

Soften the salad oil and butter together

Mash the cooked egg yolks, sift and stir together

Sift the powdered sugar and stir together

Sift the low-gluten flour and stir together

Sift the cornstarch and stir together. I forgot to take a picture of this part, so I will use this instead

Add the salt inside and mix well, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for an hour or freeze it for about 20 before taking it out.

After taking it out, roll it into a round shape, place it on the baking sheet and press it gently with your thumb, and beautiful cracks will appear.

Finally, preheat the oven, use a high temperature of 180 degrees, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, which depends on the oven, and bake until the surface is golden brown.
