Milk Orange Juice Jelly
Overview
Winter is the season for eating oranges again. Use fresh orange juice to make jelly, which is sweet and smooth. Adding milk and sugar neutralizes the sourness of the oranges a lot. It's really leisurely and pleasant to eat orange juice jelly in the sun on a warm afternoon.

Wash the oranges and cut the tops off. Soak the gelatine sheets in advance and set aside.

Scoop out the pulp from the oranges and puree them with the juice.

Strain through a sieve and reserve the orange juice.

Add milk and granulated sugar to the milk pot, cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat, add the soaked gelatine sheets, and stir with a spoon to dissolve the gelatine sheets.

After the milk liquid has cooled, add orange juice and stir briefly.

Then pour the milk orange juice into the orange, cover it, refrigerate until it solidifies, and then take it out for consumption.
