Simple Western Food--Steak Pasta
Overview
I am not good at cooking Western food, but occasionally I want to experience a romantic feeling. Today I made a simple Western food - steak with pasta. It tastes pretty good. If you don't pursue something too high-end, you can give yourself the greatest satisfaction.

Steps
-
Cut the fresh steak bought in the supermarket into two pieces (because the pan at home is relatively small). Before frying the steak, marinate the steak with salt and black pepper for half an hour (this simplest marinade actually tastes great)
-
Heat the oil. When the oil in the pan starts to smoke, put the steak in and fry for about 30 seconds, then turn over
-
Flip every 30 seconds and fry for about 2 minutes
-
Then throw the peeled garlic in to enhance the aroma, put the butter in and melt it, and pour the oil on the steak continuously. This process will take about 2 minutes. You can adjust the heat to medium or small, and adjust the time according to how mature you like the steak. I like my steak to be about 6 done, so the total cooking time for the steak is 4 and a half minutes.
-
Prepare the pasta--boil a pot of water and put the pasta in
-
Cook for about 7 minutes
-
Drain the noodles and wash them several times with cold water
-
Instead of using tomato sauce, just use tomatoes to stir-fry the sauce. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and peel them, then cut them into small pieces and fry them in a pan. When they are almost rotten, add the shrimps and stir-fry them together
-
Add the pasta, stir-fry, and season
-
Steak pasta is out
