Wash and peel the water chestnuts.

Wash the red dates and put them into the sand bowl together with the water chestnuts.

Add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 20 minutes.

While cooking the water chestnuts, wash the wolfberries and soak them in water.

After the water chestnuts are cooked, add the wolfberry and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Divide and serve. (I cooked 3 bowls)
