Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and break them into 2 cm square pieces

Cut the large intestine into sections about two centimeters long

Heat oil, add pepper, onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant, add the sausage and stir-fry for three to four minutes until the oil in the sausage becomes transparent. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for another two to three minutes. Add a pinch of salt. Remove from the pan.
