Fried pork noodles
Overview
Fried rice noodles can be said to be a specialty of Jiangxi. Every time I come back from other provinces, I miss it the most. Fragrant and tasty. It can fill your stomach and can be used as a staple food. Occasionally at home, I always stir-fry a plate when I have nothing to do. When I don’t want to cook, I just stir-fry a plate of noodles. It’s simple, convenient and delicious, hehe!

Prepare flour, lean meat, and celery.
