  1. Prepare the ingredients

  2. If you buy a small pot, fill it with more than half of the water. Don’t fill it with too much water, otherwise the finished soup will have no flavor. You need to decide this yourself

  3. Cut tomatoes into cubes

  4. Wait for the water to boil

  5. Pour in the tomatoes

  6. Boil the tomatoes and make tomato soup

  7. Then add Lao Gan Ma, you can add it according to your own taste, I added two tablespoons and cooked for one minute

  8. Pour into the vegetable bag and wait for a minute to boil the vegetables inside the vegetable bag

  9. When almost done, pour in the seasoning packet and cook for another half minute

  10. Then pour in the meat sauce buns...hehe, you still have to wait for another half minute

  11. After half a minute, add the dough

  12. When the noodles are just boiled, that is, when the noodles can be stirred up with chopsticks, add lettuce. The lettuce can be eaten raw, but it is not suitable for the season, so the cooking time of the lettuce is relatively short, but the noodles should not be cooked until they are soft. If they are soft, they will not taste good and will not be elastic.

  13. Finally, add a sliced hard-boiled egg. You can also replace it with a fried egg. Mine is the leftover egg that my mother cooked in the morning.
