  1. Go to the market and choose a plump bass, let the boss handle it briefly, and take it home for cleaning. After washing, we use a dry towel to remove excess water from the fish, then make a few cuts on the fish (as shown below), stuff the ginger slices into the fish, and make two cuts on the back of the fish.

  2. Then sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt on the fish, put it on a plate, and pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine into the plate. Just pour the cooking wine directly into the bottom of the plate. You don't need to pour it on the fish to prevent the fish from losing flavor. Marinate for 3 minutes.

  3. Cut the onion and red pepper into shreds, then put them in a bowl and set aside.

  4. Put the sea bass into a steamer and steam it over high heat for 5 minutes and over low heat for 3 minutes, so that the steamed fish will be more tender. Next, we pour off the excess soup and put it in the pot.

  5. We put the chopped green onions and red pepper shreds evenly on the fish, and then pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce. Heat the oil in a pan, and when the oil is 50% hot, pour it evenly over the fish, and a simple steamed seabass is ready.
