Brown sugar banana soft cake

Brown sugar banana soft cake

Overview

I bought more than a pound of bananas the day before yesterday. Due to the hot weather, the bananas ripened quickly and turned slightly black on the outside. I lost the desire to eat them, so it was a pity to throw them away. I like to eat cakes made from bananas, so I checked some recipes online to find a simple way to make banana cakes without wasting these bananas. So, this brown sugar banana soft cake came out of the oven in 1 hour. It's much more delicious than those butter-heavy pastries, but it has more banana sweetness and chewiness than plain steamed buns, and of course it's also healthier.
