Seasonal vegetable noodles
Overview
In line with the principle of being more, faster, less, economical, and without losing the original taste and nutrition of vegetables, it is our favorite thing to cook some of our favorite meals. Well, let’s have some noodles, the simplest and most affordable noodles. Just use crisp and tender cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, strong hand-made noodles, and the most delicious and tender shrimps. They must be large, only in this way can they be worthy of the stomach of foodies.

Chop the garlic cloves and put them into a clean small bowl. Pour boiled water and add 1/2 teaspoon of refined salt and mix well to make a sauce; remove the head shells and intestines of the shrimps and cut the chives into sections.

Peel the tomatoes and cucumbers and cut them into small dices, and cut the mustard pickles into small dices as well.

Roll the noodles by hand into a pot of boiling water and cook, then soak in cold boiling water. Drain the noodles and add 1 teaspoon of corn oil and mix well.
