Well, let’s have some noodles, the simplest and most affordable noodles. Just use crisp and tender cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, strong hand-made noodles, and the most delicious and tender shrimps. They must be large, only in this way can they be worthy of the stomach of foodies.

  1. Chop the garlic cloves and put them into a clean small bowl. Pour boiled water and add 1/2 teaspoon of refined salt and mix well to make a sauce; remove the head shells and intestines of the shrimps and cut the chives into sections.
