Wash the snails and blanch them

Remove the supercooled water, clean it again and then control the water for later use

Pickled beans, pickled peppers, chopped green peppers

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic

Add sour beans, pickled peppers, chopped green peppers, add sugar, salt and light soy sauce and stir well

Stir-fry the snails

Stir-fry until there is no water in the pot, then stir-fry for another minute
