Let the butter sit at room temperature to soften.

Add powdered sugar, white sugar and table salt.

Add sifted cake flour and matcha powder.

Mix well into matcha cookie dough.

Add chopped almonds, almonds and matcha cookie dough and mix well.

Place the matcha almond dough in a plastic bag and shape it. I rolled it into round and square shapes and placed it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours. .

Place cold cookie dough slices on baking sheet.
