Cold edamame
Overview
In summer, we sweat easily. Sweat takes away some potassium, and our bodies also begin to lose part of it. In summer, it is easy to feel sleepy, tired, and lose appetite. These phenomena are all related to the loss of potassium in our body. Then eating edamame in summer is a good choice.

Steps
-
Wash the edamame and then soak it in water. I soaked it all morning (the edamame shell has a strong flavor after being mixed with the juice, so it is best to wash it well)
-
Boil the water in the pot, pour in the soaked edamame, and cook the edamame. After the edamame is cooked, the color of the shell will be emerald green
-
Take the edamame out of the pot, immediately put it into cold water and let it cool. After cooling, drain and set aside
-
Prepare appropriate amount of salt, sugar and minced garlic
-
Put the peppercorn shells and chili pepper shells in a bowl, heat the oil in a hot pot. After the oil is hot, pour the oil on the chili pepper shells and peppercorn shells in the bowl (the oil will turn red when it is sizzling). Mix the cold sauce, salt, sugar, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar, minced garlic, and oil. Then pour in the cooled edamame and mix well
