Wash the glutinous rice, add appropriate amount of water (subject to submerging the glutinous rice), and soak for 4 hours

Drain the soaked glutinous rice, add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and corn oil and marinate for 2 hours

Peel the pork belly and cut into small pieces, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and marinate for 2 hours

Take a rice dumpling leaf, cut off the thick root at the end, and wrap it into a triangular rice dumpling

Add enough water to the pot (to cover the rice dumplings), bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 1 and a half hours, then soak for half a day for a better, softer and glutinous taste
