Sift all-purpose flour;

Dissolve yeast powder with warm water;

Add in flour and knead into a smooth dough;

Seedless red dates, washed and soaked for 10 minutes;

Use kitchen paper to absorb surface moisture;

Let the dough rise at room temperature for 90 minutes;

The dough that has been proofed has a honeycomb-like internal structure;

Sprinkle some dry flour on the board and knead the risen dough for 10 minutes to deflate the air;

Divide the dough into small portions of equal size;

Roll the small portion into a round crust;

Place four red dates on the round skin;

Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pinch the red date dough to the middle and pinch tightly;

Put red dates on the rest of the dough and knead it into jujube steamed buns;

Let it rise for 30 minutes;

Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 3 minutes, and remove from the pot.
