Wash the oysters; cut off the green onions and coriander; cut the tofu into cubes; soak the small dried shiitake mushrooms until soft.

Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in water and tofu, add salt and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour in the oysters, boil the water for 2 minutes, then add the coriander and green onions.
