Peanut Butter Cookies are easy to make and are the perfect snack for afternoon tea! If you like a stronger peanut taste, you can choose peanut butter with peanut particles. (The amount is enough to make more than 50 cookies)

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add xylitol and beat with an electric beater until smooth

Add 10G egg liquid and continue to stir evenly

Beat the butter and egg mixture until light and fluffy.

Add peanut butter and stir well

Add low-gluten flour and mix well with a rubber knife

Use your hands to roll it into a long strip, which can be round or rectangular, and then wrap it in plastic wrap. Place it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator (the layer where the ice cubes are frozen) and freeze for more than 1.5 hours until frozen hard

Cut the frozen biscuit strips into 0.8cm pieces and place them in the preheated oven. Bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
