Red bean paste
Overview
I haven’t made steamed buns for a long time, and I want to make some red bean paste buns. I still have a lot of red beans at home, so I might as well make some myself. Although it is a bit troublesome, I still do better.

Steps
-
Wash the red beans, soak them for two hours, drain and add 800 grams of water and cook until the red beans open.
-
Put it into a container and puree it with a food stick, or use a blender to puree it. (can be divided into several times)
-
Pour the mashed beans into the pan.
-
Pour in the sugar and maltose and stir-fry over low heat.
-
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
-
Continue frying until the water is slightly dry and no longer sticky to your hands, then turn off the heat.
-
Take out the filling, spread it out on a stainless steel shallow plate, wait for it to cool completely before eating, or seal and freeze for storage. (The refrigeration time is shorter)
