Soak half of the white fungus and put it into a pot and add some red dates water

Cut half of the papaya into small pieces and set aside (choose papayas that are too ripe and soft, which may cause them to cook)

Boil the placed white fungus and red dates over high heat, uncover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and spare papaya and simmer with the lid for 10 minutes

It will be very hot after cooking. You can add an appropriate amount of pure milk and eat it directly

You can also eat it without milk. The two different flavors are great. (In summer, you can put it in the refrigerator and drink it for a better taste)
