Pickled black fish fillet
Overview
Pickled fish is a main dish in major restaurants, and now it is also available in many fast food restaurants. It is a small pot per person and can be eaten until full. I have eaten it several times at the Yurenjie chain store and it tastes good. I made it at home. Although the taste is not as good as the ones in the store, it is not bad, but if I have time, I will go there a few more times to see how they make it!
