Pour the milk, egg yolks, and sugar together into a container, and mix evenly with a hand whisk.

After stirring evenly, heat the container over medium heat and stir while heating.

Stir until thick and creamy, remove from hot water and set aside to cool.

Use an electric mixer to stir the mascarpone into fluffy form

Add the cooled egg yolk batter to the mascarpone and stir with an electric whisk until the two are completely combined and become smooth and creamy.

Use an electric mixer to beat the animal-based whipping cream until the texture becomes clear.

Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone cheese batter and stir evenly.

Place the prepared mascarpone cheese paste into a disposable piping bag.

Pour the coffee wine into a container, break your fingers into a suitable length and quickly dip them in the coffee wine (if you don’t like the strong coffee flavor, you can just apply a layer of it)

Spread the finger biscuits soaked in coffee wine inside the cup

Spread the finger cakes and spread a layer of mascarpone cheese paste

Then continue to spread a layer of finger biscuits covered with coffee wine, and repeat this process until the entire cup is covered.

Fill all the cups and smooth the surface with a spatula. After filling all the small cups, place them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
