After the pumpkin dough has fermented, knead more to deflate the dough.

Prepare red bean paste.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Roll it into a round cake, squeeze in appropriate amount of red bean paste, and wrap it well.

Wrap the others in turn.

Put it in a steamer and let it rise for about 15-20 minutes. Steam it with cold water for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before opening it again.
