Wash and drain the cabbage into shreds, wash and peel the carrots and shred them, and cut the onions into thin strips.

Cut the bacon down the middle.

Place the vegetables on one side of the bacon, roll them up to the other side, and secure with toothpicks.

Brush with BBQ sauce and place in air fryer.

Bake for 8 minutes, flip to the other side and bake for 4 minutes.

Remove and put into plate.
