  1. Remove the old tendons from the vegetable scalp, wash and drain.

  2. Cut the drained cabbage into small pieces, wash and chop the millet and pepper.

  3. Slice the sausage and steam it (I steamed it the day before and put it on rice to heat it up.)

  4. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the rice pepper until fragrant.

  5. Add the cabbage scalp and stir-fry evenly.

  6. Add the steamed sausage and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Add a small amount of salt, light soy sauce, and stir-fry the fresh vegetables evenly. If the vegetable skin is hard, add a small amount of water. Let it simmer for a while, then turn off the heat and put it on a plate.
