Homemade yogurt
Overview
Yogurt is a healthy food loved by many people. I always feel that the yogurt bought outside doesn’t have the mellow flavor of milk, so I’d better make it myself.

Steps
-
Prepare materials and utensils.
-
Now to start sterilizing, just boil the glass bottle for one minute and scald the cap. All utensils that come into contact with milk must be disinfected with boiling water.
-
Wipe the ironed lid dry with kitchen paper. I recycle these bottles and dry them to avoid rust
-
Pour pure milk into the pot and heat to 45 degrees. Then pour in the yogurt as the culture and mix thoroughly.
-
Pour the stirred milk into the glass bottle. If you have a small leak at home, you can filter the milk to reduce air bubbles.
-
Fill the crisper with boiling water (a glass bottle can be used instead) and put it into the insulated box together with the canned yogurt.
-
Close the lid and wait quietly for eight hours. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I am afraid that I need to change the boiling water once in order to ensure the fermentation temperature.
-
After the fermentation is completed, put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then you can take it out and enjoy it. The surface of successful yogurt is as flat as a mirror and does not flow when it is turned upside down.
-
Pour it out and drizzle it with honey, it's delicious and healthy.
