Baked Prawns with Garlic and Cheese
Overview
I wanted to eat prawns, but I couldn't buy fresh ones, so I bought a box of frozen prawns. The high-quality ones are big in size, but the price is quite expensive. Frozen shrimps are not as fresh as fresh shrimps, so they are grilled with cheese. This can bring out the umami flavor of the shrimps again. They are fresh and milky, and taste great.

Steps
-
I bought boxed prawns, they are quite big, each one is longer than my hand
-
Cut off the shrimp gun, pick out the head sandbag, then cut off the whiskers and legs, cut the back, and pick out the shrimp line
-
Cut along the back, pat it flat, and chop it gently a few times to prevent the shrimp from curling during grilling, but be sure not to chop it. Finally, use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water from the shrimp

Shred mozzarella and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot, sauté the garlic until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce to enhance the flavor, you can also use light soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, place it in the oven on the second level, and bake for 10 minutes
