Pineapple and Duck Fried Rice

Dice various auxiliary ingredients and set aside. It is best to cook the carrots in boiling water first

Cut the duck meat into cubes and fry until cooked and set aside

Scramble eggs and set aside

Pour the rice into the pan where you just scrambled the eggs and stir-fry (no need to pour more oil)

Pour in the chopped eggs and stir-fry

Add duck meat and stir-fry

Pour in various diced ingredients and stir-fry

Finally add the pineapple and stir-fry

Add salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice and serve
