I was watching a food show recently, and I saw this dish from the show that I liked very much, so I made it to try. Because it was my first time to make it, the photo was not very good, so I used photo editing software to process it. Please forgive me! ! ps.   1. Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the sliced garlic and stir-fry until the garlic becomes fragrant

  4. Mix the selected sweet and spicy curry powder together and pour it into the pot ps. (When I was shopping, I went to buy curry powder and accidentally chose curry paste by mistake. Personally, I think the color of curry powder is better than curry paste when it is put into the pot)

  5. Add an appropriate amount of water, wait until the water boils and put the clams that have been desilted into the curry soup

  6. Pour coconut milk into the finished curry soup ps. (I don’t know about this because I don’t drink coconut milk. It’s best to choose a thicker one when purchasing)
