Since this is the lazy version, I omit the step of cooking the chicken carcass with chicken soup and just use 2 boxes of Shi Yunsheng’s clear chicken soup

Cut dry tofu into about 6cm square slices

Put the tofu skewers into the casserole, pour in the chicken soup. The chicken soup should just cover the tofu skewers, then bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat for 20 minutes
