Mix rice, black rice and millet (mainly rice) and put it into a wall breaking machine to make rice noodles.

Sieve it to make it more fine. The glutinous rice noodles are purchased and mixed evenly with the beaten rice noodles.

Wash and remove the pits from the red dates.

Cut into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of water to the multi-grain noodles and stir with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency.

Then put the chopped red dates in.

Mix together to form a medium soft and hard dough.

Take an appropriate amount, dip your hands in water, and reunite.

Shape into a steamed bun.
