  1. Wash and drain chicken wing roots

  2. Add a little star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger slices, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp salt, a little mushroom soaking water and mix well

  3. Marinate it

  4. Prepare green onion slices, ginger slices, and dried red pepper

  5. Soak the mushrooms and drain the water

  6. Cut into small pieces

  7. Green pepper diced

  8. Dice garlic

  9. Sauté scallions, dried red chili peppers, and ginger slices in oil until fragrant

  10. Pour in chicken wing roots

  11. Add 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir-fry until browned

  12. Stir fry until the wings are colored

  13. Pour in the mushroom cubes, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of mushroom water and mix well

  14. Cover and simmer over low heat

  15. Wait until the soup thickens

  16. Pour in the green pepper cubes and diced garlic and stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon of chicken powder and stir-fry again.
