  1. Soften the butter in advance, add 50 grams of sugar, and beat with a manual egg beater until the color is white and the volume is puffy;

  6. Repeat the previous process until all the batter is used up and preheat the oven to 170 degrees;

  7. Put it into the oven. I baked two pans at the same time. I had to change the position twice in the middle. It took more than 30 minutes to bake. If I only bake one pan, 15 minutes is enough, as long as the surface of the biscuit turns yellow;
