Dry-clean the small fish and take them out.

Heat oil in a hot pan and fry the dried fish.

Fry the water on the surface of the dried fish until it is dry, and pour in rice wine to remove the fishy smell.

Push the dried fish aside, add the chili peppers to the pot, and press them a few times with a spatula.
