Soak the rice in less water than cooking rice, and when it's cooked, stir in the sushi vinegar while it's still hot. Prepare sushi vinegar, white vinegar: white sugar: salt = 6:3:1. Prepare the ingredients: fry the eggs and cut them into strips, cut the carrots into strips, cut off both ends of the okra, blanch in water for 3 minutes, remove and set aside. Cut cucumber and ham into strips and set aside. To make sushi rolls, spread the nori on the sushi curtain and spread the rice evenly inside the nori, leaving about one centimeter above and below.
