Some people like to eat lean meat because it is chewy, some people like to eat fat meat because it is fragrant, some people think that lean meat is hard and difficult to chew, and some people think that fat meat is greasy and difficult to swallow. But braised pork is the only dish.

Steps

  1. Wash the pork belly and soak in water to remove blood.

  2. Cut the pork belly into mahjong size pieces. Slice ginger.

  3. Stir-fry the pork belly until the sugar color turns on, then add the ginger slices.

  4. Add some braised soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry until browned.

  5. Add boiling water to cover the meat. Add a few drops of white vinegar and simmer for 1 and a half hours.

  6. Simmer until more than half a bowl of soup remains, add salt and reduce the juice over high heat. When the soup thickens, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.

  7. Plate and serve!
