Stir-fry the pork belly until it becomes fragrant, then add rock sugar and stir-fry for another minute. After stir-frying, add water to cover the pork belly. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

After the fire comes to a boil, switch to low heat and simmer. When it is almost ready, turn to high heat to collect the juice. Remove from the pan. Because I live abroad, and foreign dark soy sauce is not very colorful, so I can only burn at this level. In addition, I did not add MSG or chicken essence, so the braised pork is still fragrant.
