Pu'er Hawthorn Lotus Leaf Tea
Overview
This is the tea I drink most often on weekdays. Although the taste is not as sweet as fruit tea, it has a very good effect on losing weight and clearing fat, and it will not rebound. Drinking this tea does not matter the season or time. It can be used as the basic tea drink in life. As long as you persist, you can not only lose weight but also maintain good health.

Prepare the required ingredients.

First put the Pu'er tea into a boiling pot, add a little boiling water to brew, and quickly drain away the tea water.

Add washed lotus leaves and hawthorn.

Add 900ml cold water.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for another 7 minutes until the tea soup thickens, then turn off the heat.

Drain the tea soup.

Add another 900 ml of cold water to the pot.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for another 12 minutes until the tea soup is thick, then turn off the heat.

Mix the two drained tea soups, add rock sugar to taste, and drink after it cools down slightly. (I added some osmanthus to increase the fragrance, if you don’t have it, you can omit it)
