Dice lotus root

Cook in a pot of boiling water until cooked

Drain and set aside

Chop the red pepper and garlic, add in light soy sauce and marinate for later use

Chop mustard and coriander

Freshly made chili pepper

Pour in the pickled soy pepper, sugar, sesame seeds, mustard and coriander

Stir evenly and pour on the diced lotus root, mix well

It can be made as a snack or as a meal!
