Fried sesame leaves
Overview
Fried sesame leaves are a traditional pasta snack in the north. They are available in many places. In some places, they are also called Pai Cha. I went to the supermarket yesterday afternoon and saw this. I was very greedy, so I ran into the kitchen to tinker with this in the evening after the children fell asleep. It was crispy and very delicious.
