Take out the mutton rolls and set aside

Cut onions into strips and set aside

Put the mutton rolls into a pan and fry over low heat. Flip over for two minutes and fry on both sides. Remove and set aside

Crush the garlic, stir-fry with appropriate amount of oil over low heat until fragrant

Add onions and stir-fry

Add the fried mutton rolls

Season, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, braised shrimp oil, don’t add too much braised shrimp oil, it’s too salty

Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil and take it out of the pan
